mxgicxl.store is operated independently by the artist mxgicxl. By using this site, placing an order, donating, or joining backstage, you agree to these terms.

All products are print-on-demand and made to order. Production begins after your payment is confirmed, then the item ships. Because every item is made specifically for you, production and delivery take longer than a warehouse store — typical timelines are shown at checkout and in your confirmation email.

Please double-check sizing before ordering. Size charts are provided on each product page.

Because items are made to order, we can't accept returns for buyer's remorse or wrong size choices. If your order arrives damaged, defective, or wrong, contact support with photos and we'll make it right — replacement or refund.

For anything else, reach out through the support page. Every case is reviewed by a real person.

Donations are voluntary contributions to support the work. They are not purchases and don't entitle you to goods. One-time donations are final; monthly contributions can be cancelled anytime.

Backstage is a paid membership (from $10/month, or a custom amount above that) that grants access to exclusive content: unreleased music, early looks, free merch drops, and the backstage chat.

Your access key is personal to you and linked to your registered devices. Sharing, selling, or posting your key publicly will get the key revoked without refund.

Backstage chat is moderated. Violating the room rules can result in timeouts or a ban from the chat. Moderation actions don't refund membership payments.

Exclusive content shared in backstage is for members only. Leaking unreleased material may result in membership termination.

You can cancel your membership anytime; access continues until the end of the paid period.

All music, artwork, logos, designs, and text on this site are the property of mxgicxl. Buying merch or a membership doesn't grant you any rights to reproduce, redistribute, or resell the underlying art or music.

Don't attack the site, scrape it, attempt to access other people's orders or accounts, or use the support system for spam. Doing so may get you blocked and, where relevant, reported.

The site and its content are provided as-is. To the maximum extent permitted by law, liability for any claim related to this site is limited to the amount you paid for the order or membership in question.
